Client focus: Andre lost 12kg in 12 weeks
This guy rocked my 12 week programme and unleashed some incredible strength that was dormant in his body. And he was a pleasure to coach, did what I told him to do and reaped the rewards whilst surprising himself along the way with how he adjusted to some simple lifestyle changes that have stayed with him months later. Lets hear from the man himself.
me: You’ve just gone through my 12 week body transformation program, tell me about where you are physically today compared to where you were when you first started.
A: Stronger , far slimmer, nearly 4 inches off the waist, appearance and confidence far better.
me: Tell me about strength increases you experienced over the last 12 weeks?
A:Strength increases were huge, exercises that were barely achievable at the beginning of the course were fare easier even with far greater weights.
Me: How was the 12 week programme different to other gym experiences you have had in the past and how has it changed your approach to training in the future?
A: The programme suited me as it was a fixed under supervision. I was also obliged to go as it was a course rather than a normal random gym session. There is huge benefits to be had and visually seen if you stick to the program. Progress is also fast whereas the gym can take far longer to get anywhere near the same results achieved in such a short space of time. Paul Cowland's 12 week body transformation was also very enlightening regarding nutrition and really makes you aware of the food you eat and what quantities
Me: What has been the biggest change you have noticed over the past 12 weeks?
A:The largest change has to be weight loss and body shape nearly 2 stone lost . One more positive result was far more energy and no more feeling lathargic.
Me: How do you feel about yourself today compared to when you walked in the door?
A: Far more energetic and confident about my appearance.
ME: If a person was considering taking part in the program but was unsure or skeptical and asked your opinion on whether or not they should do it, what would you say to that person?
A:Just do it , it will change the way you think about yourself and its a great way to have a body reset to get you back on track. It will make you aware of what is possible whatever shape your in. Just stick to the nutrition plan to the letter, even if you think you are eating too much. The results for me were incredible.
