My job is to inspire, educate, challenge and motivate you to reach your goals. My programmes bridge the gap between rehabilitation & performance, ultimately building stronger, more efficient movement through strength and flexibility. I understand that everyone needs something different, and because of this I offer a free assessment so that I can get to know you and work out a bespoke programme for you.
The corner stone of my training will always be strength and conditioning, but I want all clients to have the joy of moving freer so I use various types of body weight exercises and functional equipment from HIIT to kettle bells and boxing sessions amongst numerous others. If it works, I use it. If it's a fad, I don't.
Below are my qualifications, however my real education has come from using the knowledge gained from the courses on my clients, so I now have an eye for which exercises compliment each other best for your progression.
